Privacy Notice
In short. We ask for your email to tell you when Rivzzo launches. Everything else is optional. We don't sell your details, we don't run adverts or analytics on this site, your details are encrypted before they are stored, and you can ask us to show, correct or delete your details at any time at privacy@rivzzo.com.
1. Who we are
Rivzzo Private Limited, registered office: BHIVE Premium Whitefield Campus, Plot No. 77, JBR Tech Park, 6th Rd, Whitefield, EPIP Zone, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066, India. We decide why and how the details on this page are used (under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the "Data Fiduciary"). You can reach us at privacy@rivzzo.com.
2. What we collect, and why

We use your details only for the purposes in this table. We do not use them for advertising, we do not build profiles from them, and we do not sell or rent them.
3. Your consent
We collect these details only after you tick the box next to the Join button. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing privacy@rivzzo.com from the address you signed up with, or by telling us to stop. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent, and we will stop using your details and delete them. Details we have already used while you had given consent stay lawful, for example a launch email we already sent.
4. Children
This website is for adults. Please sign up only if you are 18 or older, or a parent or guardian signing up for your family. If a child's details reach us, we will delete them when we find out. When the Rivzzo app launches, a child's profile can only be created with a parent or guardian's consent, and the app will have its own privacy notice.
5. Who handles your details
We use Cloudflare to host this website and to store the waitlist, so your details sit on Cloudflare's systems, which may be outside India, and Cloudflare handles them only on our behalf. They are stored encrypted (see section 9). We do not share your details with anyone else, except where the law requires us to.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tools. The font is served from rivzzo.com, not from a third party.
6. How long we keep them
- Your waitlist details: until you ask us to delete them, or for 18 months after you join, whichever is sooner.
- The scrambled version of your IP address: no more than 30 days.
7. Your rights
Under the Act you can:
- ask for a summary of the details we hold about you and how we use them;
- ask us to correct or complete them;
- ask us to delete them;
- withdraw your consent;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights for you.
Email privacy@rivzzo.com from the address you signed up with, so we can be sure it is you. We aim to reply within 30 days.
8. Complaints
If you have a concern, write to privacy@rivzzo.com and we will look into it and reply. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Keeping your details safe
Your email and any details you add are encrypted before they are stored. The key that unlocks them is kept offline by Rivzzo and is not on Cloudflare, so a copy of the database on its own cannot be read. If your details are ever exposed in a way that could harm you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India.
10. Changes
If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and its version date, and ask for your consent again where the law requires it. Rivzzo's Terms of Use will follow before launch.
